Marla Johnson - Cofounder

Marla Johnson

Cofounder

Marla has a M.Ed. in teaching from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and over a decade of experience as a K-12 teacher infusing art and storytelling into learning and teaching. She produced the video for a groundbreaking video game Immercenary for Electronic Arts, founded a successful internet company in 1995, launched search marketing strategies from Arkansas before Google even existed, led a digital media company, started a blockchain company focused on safe and healthy, local food value chains, and now, a no-code data integration platform for the financial services industry that was selected to be part of the FIS FinTech Accelerator. She has an extensive social sector philanthropic background, having served on the boards of her alma maters, Trike Theatre, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, Arkansas Arts Center, Just Communities of Arkansas, and Fifty for the Future.
Ken Hubbell - Cofounder

Ken Hubbell

Cofounder

Ken founded a visionary consulting practice in 1992 focused on transformative social impact around racial equity, social and economic mobility, and community well-being. He led the development of three large Arkansas public history initiatives, including the Mosaic Templars and Delta Cultural Centers. He designed a folding four-piece learning set for leaders and is the author of The Art of Change: A Handbook for Effective Social Change. His graphic storytelling has been featured at a myriad of diverse conferences including PBS Broadcasting national summits, and many NWA major community efforts: Trike Theatre and Amazeum strategy sessions, Arkansas Governor, Asa Hutchinson’s Blockchain for Arkansas initiative, and the Northwest Arkansas Technology Summit. Ken designed all the storyboards for the Electronic Arts Immercenary video game and managed the game art and production.
